MA Candidate & Clinical Trainee

Hi, I’m Kade!

"Human beings are inherently endowed with the power to bring out the best possible results from the worst possible circumstances." -Dr. Daisaku Ikeda

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. Understanding who we truly are and why we face recurring struggles often takes time, along with the right support, resources, and effort. I believe every person has a unique purpose that only they can fulfill, and I’m here to journey with you in that process.

As a practicum intern, I bring fresh perspectives, curiosity, and a willingness to think outside the box. The quality of our relationships, environments, and larger social systems shape our experiences. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m passionate about providing trans and queer-affirming care while creating a culturally inclusive and affirming space that honors all of your unique identities and experiences.

I take a collaborative and empathetic approach, firmly believing in your ability to access your innate strengths and resources. My role is to offer new tools, insights, and a supportive space for exploration and healing. I deeply value the uniqueness of each person I work with, understanding that healing and growth are never one-size-fits-all.

To meet your specific needs, preferences, and goals, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Often times our emotional and physical experiences can be deeply intertwined and integrating somatic components can help clients build awareness of their body's wisdom and use it as a resource for healing and self-discovery.  Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing from trauma, or strengthening your relationships, I offer a grounded and empathetic space to explore.
